This Privacy Policy explains how KORÊ ("KORÊ", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through korecreatine.com. KORÊ is a pre-launch wellness brand; this site is informational and offers a founding waitlist. No products are sold here yet.

What we collect

• Waitlist details — when you join, we collect your email address, your optional first name, and your product interest (DRIVE, BLOOM, Both, or Not sure).
• Analytics data — only if you accept cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) via Google Analytics.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider records standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser) to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

• To contact you about the KORÊ launch, founding access, and product progress.
• To understand and improve how the site performs (analytics).
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent — given when you join the waitlist or accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting and secure storage of waitlist submissions.
• Google Analytics — site analytics, loaded only after you accept cookies; IP addresses are anonymised.

Some providers are based outside Switzerland/the EEA (e.g. the United States); where that is the case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We only set analytics cookies after you accept them in the banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing the site's storage in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard settings.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), you may request to access, correct, delete, or port your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing.
